Returns Policies

Freeze Machines

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Freeze Master Machines. If a machine has not satisfied your expectation, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of purchase. However, given the nature of the product, there will be 15% charge of the price of the product, this is to cover the labour costs for the inspection of the machine.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item is defective or not fully functional.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You can do this by filling in our enquiries form or emailing us.
  2. Return the item in its original packaging or in a safe and securely packed box.
  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase with the package.
  4. Ship the package using a shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured method as the sender will be liable for any damages. We can organise a collection for you but there will be a charge.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Warranty

  • All Machines come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty.
  • If any machines you have purchased directly from us malfunction or require repairs, we will gladly handle the repairs under warranty at no additional cost to you (excluding carriage fees)

All other products

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Freeze Master Accessories and VCC Products. If you are for any reason not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty

  • If any heating and plumbing products you have purchased directly from us malfunction or require repairs, we will gladly handle the repairs under warranty at no additional cost to you or replace the part if necessary (excluding carriage fees).
