We offer a full repairs service of your Freeze Master device. Whether your item is in or out of warranty, we offer a solution to keep your device running as it should, to ensure your business is running at it’s full potential and Freeze Master continues to save you time and money.

Repairs Information
PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE BELOW REAPIRS FORM.
We offer a comprehensive fixed charge repair service and therefore kindly request a proforma payment. Documents will be sent after the service is started.
All machines will require to undertake a bench test (for possible leaks) before any gas recharge. Bench testing can take between 2-5 days. Let us know when you are ready for collection, an email will be sent with the package label. Alternatively you can drop of the device if you’re local, our opening hours are between 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
*Workshop bench and PAT test £110.
*Gas top up from £40.
*Device collection and return £70.
*Plus any replacement components or parts if required.
*Prices are subject to VAT.
Please be advised that in the event that a machine is irreparable or you decide not to go through with the repairs after the inspection, there will still be a mandatory charge of £60 for inspections on top of the collection fee.
OUR BENCH TEST PROCEDURE
1. PAT Test – Perform Portable Appliance Testing for electrical safety.
2. Initial Run Test – Power on and verify the machine runs correctly.
3. Visual Inspection & Temperature Check – Inspect the exterior of case and verify temperature performance.
4. Open Machine Case – Conduct internal inspection for cleanliness, connections, and component condition.
5. Pressure Testing – Check system pressures for compliance and performance.
6. Gas Leak Detection – Detect any refrigerant leaks. (Gas Detector)
7. Bench Test Procedure
• Run the machine for 1 hour, turn off for 15 minutes, then run again for 1 hour.
• Continue this cycle for 3 to 5 days to ensure consistent performance.
8. Final Verification – Confirm stable operation and all tests passed.
9. Pre-Dispatch Video Capture – Record a video of the machine in operation before shipment.
